Traditional Thai Massage in Dubai

Get your energy back on track with authentic Traditional Thai Massage in Dubai

Authentic Traditional Thai massage in Dubai, delivered by certified Thai therapists at your home, hotel, or office. The technique uses no oil — instead the therapist uses palms, thumbs, elbows, and feet to apply rhythmic pressure along the body's sen energy lines, combined with assisted yoga-style stretches. Sessions run 60, 90, or 120 minutes. From AED 340.

At Siam Home Spa, our Thai Massage Dubai service is delivered by therapists trained in Thailand, each with five or more years of clinical practice. We bring everything to your home — portable table, fresh linens, professional setup — and tailor pressure and pace to your body. Sessions are fully clothed; loose, comfortable clothing works best.

From AED 340 for a 60-minute session, with same-day booking via WhatsApp. Reserve your authentic Thai Massage in Dubai today.

Benefits of Tradional Thai Massage

Restore Mobility

Yoga-style stretches and acupressure ease stiff hips, hamstrings, neck, and shoulders particularly helpful for desk workers and athletes in Dubai.

Release Deep Tension

Targeted pressure along sen energy lines releases trigger points and chronic muscle knots that oil-based massage cannot reach.

Energise the Body

Unlike sleep-inducing oil massages, Thai Massage leaves you clear-headed and energised perfect before a meeting, event, or busy Dubai weekend.

Why choose SIAM Home Spa for your Thai Massage in Dubai?

Siam Home Spa is dedicated to delivering an authentic Traditional Thai Massage experience in Dubai. Every therapist on our team trained in Thailand and has been practising in the UAE for a minimum of five years. We arrive in uniform with photo ID, with portable equipment and fresh linens — there is no marketplace lottery and no last-minute therapist swap.

Every body is different, so every session is different. Before we begin, your therapist will check in on areas of tension, recent injuries, and preferred pressure — then tailor the session accordingly. We work with clients who want a 60-minute reset, athletes preparing for race day, expat residents managing chronic shoulder pain from long commutes, and parents who just need an hour to disappear.

What is Traditional Thai Massage?

Traditional Thai Massage is one of the oldest documented massage traditions in the world — practised in Thailand for over 2,500 years and recognised by UNESCO as part of the country's intangible cultural heritage. Unlike Swedish or oil-based massages, Thai Massage is performed fully clothed (loose, comfortable clothes work best) and uses no lotions. The therapist uses their whole body to apply pressure and guide you through stretches that you couldn't easily do alone.

The work happens along ten sen energy lines that run through the body — similar in concept to acupressure meridians. Strong pressure, slow rhythms, and held stretches release tension in muscles that other massage styles can't easily reach.

Who Thai Massage Is For (and Who It Isn't)

Great for:

  • People with muscle tension from desk work

  • Runners, cyclists, and yoga practitioners wanting to improve flexibility

  • Those who find oil-based massages too sleepy or sleep-inducing

  • Athletes recovering from training or competition

Speak to your doctor first if:

  • You are pregnant (we offer a prenatal-specific protocol on request only)

  • You have had recent surgery

  • You suffer from osteoporosis

  • You have a slipped disc or acute back injury

What to Expect at a Home Session

The therapist arrives 5–10 minutes before the booked time. They'll need:

  • A flat space about 2m × 2.5m — living room floor, bedroom, or empty space with a yoga mat works best

  • Loose, comfortable clothes (e.g. yoga wear, t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms). No need to undress

  • Quiet environment if possible

The therapist brings a portable mattress or mat. The session begins with a brief chat about any areas of tension or concern. Most clients close their eyes for the duration; some prefer to talk. You can stop the session at any point.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a Thai Massage cost in Dubai at Siam Home Spa?

A 60-minute Traditional Thai Massage starts at AED 340 at Siam Home Spa, delivered to your home anywhere in Dubai. 90-minute sessions are AED 490 and 120-minute sessions are AED 610.

Do I need to undress for a Thai Massage?

No. Traditional Thai Massage is performed fully clothed. Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can stretch in — yoga wear, tracksuit bottoms, a t-shirt. We can also provide loose Thai-style trousers if you prefer.

What is the difference between Thai Massage and Swedish or oil massage?

Thai Massage uses no oil and is performed fully clothed. The technique combines acupressure along the body's energy lines with assisted yoga-style stretches. Swedish massage uses warm oils and long flowing strokes for relaxation. Thai Massage tends to leave you energised; Swedish tends to leave you sleepy.

How often should I book a Thai Massage?

Most regular clients book every 2 to 4 weeks. For specific issues (chronic tension, post-injury recovery), weekly sessions for 3 to 4 weeks then a taper to monthly is typical.

Will I feel sore the next day after a Thai Massage?

Mild soreness for 24 hours is normal, especially after the first session, similar to how you feel after a good yoga class. Drink plenty of water. If pain is sharp or lasts more than 48 hours, contact us.

Can I book Thai Massage as a couple?

Yes. Two therapists arrive together for a synchronised couples session. Booking requires a 2.5m × 4m space (two mats side by side). See our Couples Massage page for pricing.

Is Thai Massage safe during pregnancy?

Standard Traditional Thai Massage is not recommended during pregnancy. Siam Home Spa offers a prenatal-specific protocol on request only — please tell us at booking and we'll match you with a therapist trained in prenatal work.
